Delete your FatedFace account
Deleting your account is permanent and takes effect immediately. This page covers the FatedFace app for Android; readings bought on fatedface.com without an account are covered by the deletion rights in our Privacy Policy.
Delete from inside the app
- Open FatedFace and go to the Profile tab.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever. Your account and its cloud data are removed right away.
For security, recently signed-in sessions are required — if the app asks you to sign in again first, do that and repeat the steps.
Can't use the app?
Email hello@fatedface.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (email/password or Google) at Firebase Authentication.
- Your cloud profile — name, birth details, zodiac sign, and device push token — from Cloud Firestore.
- The link between this device and your daily-reading notifications.
What is not deleted
- Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — manage or cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
- Aggregated analytics. Usage events already recorded are retained in de-identified form (they are no longer connected to you once the account is gone). Ask us by email if you also want those erased.
- Web purchases. Portrait readings bought on fatedface.com keep their own 12-month retention described in the Privacy Policy, so refunds and re-delivery still work.
